Cryogenic Check Valve

The valves which operated below -40℃ usually callcryogenic valves. It mainly used in ethylene, liquefied natural gas plants,natural gas LPG, LNG storage tanks, receiving bases and satellite stations,empty Sub-equipment, petrochemical tail gas separation equipment, liquidoxygen, liquid hydrogen, liquid nitrogen, liquid argon, carbon dioxide lowtemperature storage tank and tank truck, pressure swing adsorption oxygensystem.

Product Features

Valve components parts that contacted with themedia before deep process must be strict cryogenic treatment according to therequirement of the specifications, to ensure valve parts can fully undertemperature change and cause inflation,contraction ,and the structure of seatpart will not have permanent deformation due to the temperature change.

Cobalt chromium tungsten carbide overlayingwelding structure of the seat and gate sealing surfaces.

The built-in yoke structure, to avoid externalleakage in low temperature medium.

Welded nipples is available on request.
